Taking Out Some of The Best Things In Life!
|
|
Sometimes, the best things in life does not need a lot of money. All you need is a little creativity and lots of attention to what we call love.
Do you have anything that you are really passionate about that keeps you awake even into the wee hours of the night? Or something/someone you are crazily in love about right now? I know of some of my friends are really passionate about food, such as baking and seafood. Don’t you? Oh, and in case you’re not aware, the latest research says that eating less every day may in fact keep you living longer than you would believe. Amazing! Oh, I almost forgotten where I was coming from actually. You see, I was working hard at my computer again doing research when I was totally overwhelmed by some of the results I found. I was very tempted to get away when a friend of mine came along and start texting me (in my country, people use the term SMSing). He didn’t ask me out for a cup of coffee but I sure would love to take a break since the weather is pretty cooling now as the clouds gathered and the sun is mostly shielded away. Just then, I remembered the Nescafe(TM) I brought back from Phuket, Thailand (BTW, I’m not advertising for Nestle so don’t get me wrong. It just got attracted to me somehow!). Wow, the thoughts of taking a gulp! I even took a picture of it (shown on the left) - fearing that I’ll just lost control and finishes it… |
The point I want to drive at is:
Are you enjoying the things you have right NOW?
Are you grateful that you can afford whatever you want and be blessed to do what most people can never dream about doing, such as reading this blog post?
Think about it!
I want you to fully appreciate this truth and whenever you feel down, your colleague pissed you off (sorry about the putt!), or the society made you mad, the government whipped off your taxes, your neighbor’s dog bit you… etc
The list goes on!
Will you be upset over the little things in life?
Some of the best things in life are just right in front of you! Are you in the attitude of gratitude? You’ll attract whatever your mind concieves, even as the coffee that you loves so much.
I think I’m just over poetic. Time to get back to work! ![]()
